I will be praying for Matthew that his surgery goes well and that his recovery goes well. I will also pray for you...I'm sure it's hard to watch your baby go through that.

Hi Cindy, it's been a long time since i've been on here, but i wanted to say that i'll keep matthew in my prayers. i'm so sorry to hear that he has to have surgery again. big hugs to matthew!

How is Matthew doing?

Hi everyone,
Thanks for your thoughts. Dr. Kozin was very pleased with how both procedures went. Post-op was definitely easier when he was younger, but in the end all is well. Matthew wanted the cast off, and the bandage coveing his scar revision off. By the time this morning came around he was more accepting of things and we started a calendar when we got home with the bandage and cast removal dates. We drew on his cast and he was really pleased with the outcome!!
