Just found out that I have a pinched nerve at C7. Is anyone out there aware of exercises or stretchs that I can do to reduce the discomfort?

Just retruned from the doctor and learned that I have osteoarthritis, arthritis in my brachial plexus. For many years I worked as a software engineer with intense use of a computer keyboard. Using that keyboard is no longer an option for me. I kind of desperately need to learn what my occpuational alternatives are. I am still very young at only mid-forty, otherwise excellent health, and a single parent with a small child to support. Can anyone direct me to occupational options?
