How are you all? I am doing great. Recently I joined CURVES. It is great, and it helps me keep my arm working well.
Our CURVES is going to be riding a big bike to fundraise money for the Heart and Stroke foundation here in Canada. We will be competing in pledges against other groups and curves facilities.
