Keep in mind that the traditional "winging scapula" that results from a long thoracic nerve injury is not the same as the excessively mobile scapula that BPI kids get. Abnormal positioning or motion of the scapula in BPI kids is due to muscle imbalances, weakness and compensation.

Do you know any effective way therapy or exercise to do? I was told that swimming is the best.
