WRIST DROP? HELP PLEASE ANYBODY!!

Hello there everyone, it's great to have this site and to recieve the magazine which i look forward to reading, my question and i have posted b4 but i couldent get an answer that would solve my problem is that i have read all the signs and symptoms of birth bpi and i have the same signs symtoms and my arm, hand looks like the pictures and evrything fits. my question is i was born with a wrist drop on my left hand and arm. i want someone to be able to tell what a wrist drop is? as i live in australia and was born in 76, bpi is never talked about, in america you have great support places, but i havent heard of any in australia? maybe there is but it seems more prevalint in the usa. so please if anyone can answer my question i will be forever grateful,
