Hi Judy. Thanks so much for stopping by today. As you saw, Chris is still pretty out of it and he looks like a mummy with all the bandages. Chris did have the entire procedure...The inner thigh muscle removed, incisions on both sides of his neck since tests showed there were absolutely no usable nerves on the right side. Both nerves were used from his calves. He's is getting out of bed and finally ate a little today. He has been drinking milkshakes. The 95 degree ICU room is the hardest for me to deal with, since I can't stay in there long. Last night, when I came back to the hotel, my skin was parched and chafed. So anyone else, coming up, please bring lots of lotion for dry skin!

Doctors are hoping to turn the heat down today to see how the blood flow does and then possibly send him to a regular room....yeah!! Then he can call all of his girlfriends and be cool! It was great meeting you and David. He looks wonderful and he's a real cutey. Ihope you made it back home safe in the snow storm.

Take care!

Angie and Chris

Angie yes we did make it back and safe and sound thanks and it was great to meet you as well and Chris 2 we just have to remember to thank the man upstairs our kids are ALIVE and Chris looked great even tho he doesn't feel that way right now but he is on his way and I wish you and him all the LUCK in the world. David only had to have the nerve and muscles taken from his left leg and not his left side of the neck so some things work better for others and just remind Chris to thank that man upstairs for watching over him as he does all his therapy sessions and bless him so much. I do want to apoligize for not staying very long but Davids dad wanted to get on the road I drove home so MEN suck sometimes if you know what I mean but we made it home and it is snowing here just as much as there now that Davids cast is off he went sleding for the first time this winter season and was tickled to death we tied his arm to his body so it wouldn't get away from him so while you guys are roasting in that hot room David was sledding in the cold snow with his new puppy and boy did it look fun you will have to tell Dr. Shin that he went sledding he will be pleased to hear that he did something normal and I am thanking that man upstairs and those surgeons who are so wonderful so you guys take care and keep us posted on everything. I sent you an e-mail you can reply there with what I needed from you... God Bless Judy and David
