FUTURE SURGERIES. NEED HELP!

I just had my dr. appt. and DR.Harbaugh is giving until May and is going to do emg. again to see if any return to lower trunk of the arm. Right now it appears like i am going to need some type of surgery on my shoulder for stability and hopefully more mobility. I have c5 c6 avulsions. I may need a tendion tranfer for wrist and finger flexion. I need help what types of surgery is out there for shoulder to regain some deltoid and rotar cuff muscles. I have good pec muscle and good lat muscles are they a possibility. I am slowly regaining elbow flexion with oberlein surgery i had last Nov. she plugged a branch of the ulnar nerve into the bicep muscle to regain elbow flexion and i am having huge sucess. Can anyone help with surgeries you may of had or heard of that may help me with my future. THANK YOU ALL.
