My daughter is 4 months old with Erbs palsy. Dr. Nath (Houston, Texas) recommends the primary surgery every thing is great besides Dr. Nath doesn't take our insurance for whatever reasons plus our insurance denied the referral. Now I would need 7,500.00 to put down for the sugery and a 70,000.00 lean on our law suit. Who has 7,500.00 to cough up? Not me and in 6 months when she needs the modquad another down payment for a 50,000.00 dollar surgery. I am lost and hurt. My daughter could get help but the finances aren't there for an injury that was Karen Adams-Fergusons fault from Toledo, Ohio. Any suggestions? PLease help Shannon
