I am from Canada and currently enrolled in university. I was born with Erb's Palsy and wondered if there are any grants that you can get if you have Erbs?

I tried a long time ago but haven't tried since. I was denied and live in the state of Montana. I don't know what it will take for people to realize later on in life some people have to retrain themselves in their profession. I was a hairstylist for ten years and my arm started to atrophy more so I myself am back in college. Wondering if it will pay off ever!
