OK well I work at wal-mart right? Well we have a new asst manager from NC and I saw him for the first time today...His right arm is MUCH shorter than his left and stuff so you know me..I have to ask him about it. But what if I offend him..he is one of my bosses :/ I know how to ask someone something in a kind way... I just hope he doesn't get angry. Wish me luck!

I think I actually know your new boss, as one writing from the VA/NC border. If I am right, he doesn't have a BPI. I introduced myself and my BPI kid to him a long time ago, he is completely unphased by his right arm...
I think that you should just establish a typical rapport with him, and not bother with questions or curiousity -- at least not until you have found a friendship with him...

one of the asst managers of a walmart in nj has bpi and he came up to us when he saw jody run. it was the first time he ever saw another person with bpi. good luck to you. I too would try to get to know him a little first. if it isn't bpi, it could be something private that he doesn't talk about.

it could be cerebal palsy. My brother boss's arm looks much like bpi but it is cerebal palsy. He prefers not to be asked about it.

I am with my Friend Amy here. I would hold off, it very well could be CP and alot of people I know don't want to talk about their CP. Hold off and see if you can get a hint of what it might be and if it sounds like BPI then ASK AWAY !!! Gayle
