I hope that I am not repeating anyone's question here, but I just have to ask... how many people here have an OBPI thanks to the "wonderful" care that the military provides?

I am a LOBPI, and I am starting to realize that the military tends to blow off this problem. I am just wondering if anyone else has had trouble due to the military?

LOL! I am anything BUT big brother! I am a military brat, and was a Navy wife for 8 years, until they damaged my husband as much as they damaged me when I was born! I was just taking a stab to see if anyone else was familiar with the system of military abuse - I mean CARE. I'll look for the General board, tho. Thanks!

Wow, I am certainly with you. Nothing has changed.....and I can assure that it never will. They try to hide is not bury their mistakes like they tried to do is our case. I didn't let them and I have a beautiful baby boy with no brain damage. HA ! Would say more, but probably shouldn't. nothing has changed believe you me !!!

My son was born in Regensburg Germany in germany clinic. He sustained a broken collar bone and damage C5, C6, & C7. Since he has been seen by the Childrens Hospital of Richmond and had a muscle transfer which has helped with his range of motion. We tried seeing a lawyer in germany to no avail; of course JAG wanted nothing to do with us. Oh well.
