winged scapula/internal rotation

Has anyone had a surgery that helped with their internal rotation or scapula winging.
My daughter had surgery at age 2 years that corrected her internal rotation because her shoulder was subluxed. She gained external rotation and is no longer internally rotated because of the surgery with Dr. Kozin at Shriner's Hospital in Philadelphia. She is now 1 year post-op and her most recent MRI showed the shoulder is in great shape and she is doing well.
