Put in Illinois Deptment Of Human Rights,Click IDHR Orders, Look for case for April 2004, Thomas Malone , case 2002ca2052,I prove 2 charges with out a lawyer. This is a handicap discrimation case because of my Erbs, But its also a case of age discrimation, I will be the first person to define Erbs as a handicap! I also made it past summary judgement and it will also be on the internet soon. Make a copy of this for you or you child. Keep in a safe place . Tom

This is a awesome step for the BPI community. I will go and print it. Thank you for taking a stand against these people that discriminate against out loved ones affected by BPI !!!! Gayle mom of Brandon 7 years old BPI

Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: MVA in 2001, nerve graph in 2002, Median Nerve Transfer in 2004 and an unsuccessful Gracillis Muscle Transfer in 2006. I am living life and loving it! Feel free to contact me :)

By reading this how over 4yrs I stuck to it and Summary judgement I did pass to and It will be on the net soon ill let you all know so you can make a copy of it to, I now will have a full hearing thank God, Its been a long fight. I hope everyone gets a copy on this board.This is to inportant not to keep safe. Tom
