San Antonio Texas BPI support groups

My boyfriend was in a motorcycle accident 10 years ago and was diagnosed with BPI. We're trying to find someone in the San Antonio Texas area that also has BPI so he can talk to them personally with some general questions (surgeries, medicines, etc.). He's a retired Marine and the VA doesn't seem to have any info regarding this injury. Thank you.
