legal case on fast track

we just got word today that our legal case has been put on the fast track, has any one had this done before and is it a good sign? in some ways i will be glad to get it over with but i am really nervous about getting into the actual process. we have not even begun depositions and only filed last month. we have a november trial date set. if any one has any input i would appreciate it thanks

Your email address didn't work, so I'll write here. Don't believe the fast track mess. Our case was on fast track a year ago October, and we are finally going to trial on March 11. There is a lot of discovery in these cases along with delays on the defense side. Email if you want since I'm a few steps ahead of ya. :0)
