Hello All,
Sorry, it has been awhile since I have posted. As I approach my 30 birthday I have noticed that my non -erby arm is starting to ache espicially doing routine movements. I was told when I was younger that this would be possible. Is anyone else suffering from the same thing or is t just me trying to get out of mowing the yard?

Re: A month from 30 and pain in non-erby arm
Hello there and welcome to the 30 something crowd. It could be due to over compensation. Not quite sure, I get pain in both arms, but it depends on what it is I do. I know too the cold wheather seems to affect my arms as well. Unfortunately the older we get the more issues we may end up with. Keep a smile on your face though...seems to help me through it. Hope you feel better.

Hi Frankie,
You are not alone. Pain in my "non-erby" arm didn't hit me until I was 40.
Now, at 56, the pain in my shoulder makes it difficult to do some things that I used to do with ease, and impossible to do others. Nobody warned me about this, so I wasn't prepared. I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon about this problem and others.
