I was holding my own on the independent program I was doing trying to keep the ROM I got back.I was doing good till one day the pain was terrible and from that day on-I lost all my active ROM,which was 100 degress abduction/flex.(thats what I lost)That all happened within 8 days.If anyone has any ideas............Thanks.

See your doctor SAndi, that doesn't sound right. Failing that, see a physiotherapist maybe? Let us know what happens.
