Bicep Exercises

Post by admin »

Hi everyone, would like to hear from anyone with some good bicep exercises. Went back to Doc last week, 12 months since nerve transplant. He said the nerves have regenerated to the bicep and now I need to do exercises to help the bicep build up and strengthen in order for me to be able to bend my elbow. Has anyone got any suggestions?
Got a great result, everything is starting to work now, have bicep flicker, forearm flicker able to support arm with the shoulder as well. I suppose it is all up to me now to get everything moving....thanks Michael

Hi~
I, too, had a muscle transfer. My PT put baby powder on a board and I layed my arm on it, I tried and tried to move my arm...........it took along time but with using the powder the smallest of a movement showed, it slid w/ ease.
I tried water PT, the water had to be really warm because cold water put me in so much pain I couldn't work on my arm. But with warm water it was great!!
