Does anyone know how much the taxi rates are gonna be from the Ronald Reagan airport to the 4-H youth center? I have never taken a taxi so I am not familiar with how much the rates are. I printed a map with rates from the Ronald Reagan airport website but it doesnt tell me what taxi co. It just says $21.00. I'm not sure if it charges per person and if it charges to load your luggage and unload.

I have taken a number of taxis in DC and found that the rates really vary so all you can base a deicison on is an estimate.

You can, however, get to the 4 H Center from national airport by using public transportation. The Subway has a stop in the national airport and you take it to the Friendship Heights stop and from there take a metrobus to the Center.

We will have full information on how to do this in the mailing that will go out to campers in late August.

Thanks for the information. I am trying to find out how much money I need to take to pay for taxi and for extra things for my kids. They seem to eat 24 hours a day. (lol) I just dont want to be short of money.

I look foward to getting any other information.
