I am very anxious for my daughter to see a specialist. The trouble is that I am in SK and I have only heard of/can find info. on BPI specialists in Toronto. I have heard of surgery being done in Calgary but I don't know if that's common or if there's a specialist there.

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Bonnie - just reaching for straws here... how about if you call the clinic in Toronto and ask them if they know who the closest is to you? They are probably aware of all the docs that do this in Canada - don't you think?
