bpi surgery

Has anyone had bpi surgery done by Dr. David Kline out of New Orleans? If you have had surgery please let me know .

My son, who was 20 at the time, had surgery with Dr. Kline's associate, Dr. Tiel, in October 2000. He has complete avulsions, left arm. Surgery was to repair C5 and C6. What would you like to know? I'd be glad to help.
