Short Arm, Update on Rosalynn

We went back to St. Louis last week. Overall they were very pleased with her progress since surgery. She is having problems fully extending her arm though. We have a new splint for her to wear while she sleeps. My concern now is that her left arm appears shorter than the other. I am not sure if it is just how she is holding it or it is really shorter. (We have tried crude methods of measuring, but we get mixed results because she is not cooperative while we are doing this.) Any advise?
On a personal note, many of you know I hate my job and they have been much less than supportive through all this. Well I had an interview Monday and it went great! I won't know anything for a couple of weeks. Keep us in your prayers this would be a fantastic change for our family if I get it.
