United Brachial Plexus Network, Inc.

A few months ago the estim machine that Maias therapist was using had to be repaired and basically hasnt been used since. When I asked about this I was told that in order to get a new machine they have to justify its use. I dont really understand this because we have insurance as well as part c. Its not like the place that we go to is only financed by part c. Has anyone else experienced this or can someone explain to me how the system works?
