Have some doctors been held responsible for OBPI's in a civil litigation? I have some serious questions about whether or not my own doctor did everything she could to prevent complications during the delivery of my daughter. I was also not given a diagnosis of her condition until I took her to a different physician at about four months of age. If there is a possibility of filing a suit, what are the steps I need to follow to get it done?
