James O'leary is in Florida - his dad is the doctor who wrote that book on Shoulder dystocia. This is his site
http://www.shoulderdystocia.com/
I have no idea, however, what his background is for these cases (positive or negative) so you will have to research this on your own. Good luck.

Dear Null:
I've got the answer to your problem:
http://www.needlegallagher.com/
Andrew Ellenberg is a BPI expert. He handled our case, we settled for all we could get as we were in a county where we were limited in our options. He's great. Call him, I think you'll not be disappointed. Tell him you were referred by John Anthony Ferrado.
He and I talk quite often.
Thanks,
John Anthony Ferrado

We're not in FL, but our attny used a rehab. consultant / life care planner out of Miami. The company is Comprehensive Rehab. Consultants and Larry Forman is the owner of the company. He's also an attny. although I'm not sure he's doing any work in that area at this time b/c his focus now is on rehab. and life care planning. Anyway, I just thought of him as someone to call for a referral to a good BP attny b/c Larry is very knowledegable and experienced with BPIs (as well as overall medical/educational/vocational issues). We really enjoyed working with him. I can't seem to find their phone #, but the address is 8585 Sunset Drive, West Atrium, Miami, FL. I guess you could look it up or call info. Feel free to mention our names if you'd like -- Troy & Tina -- Nicole's parents. I'm sure he'll remember us.
