Slings

Post by Diane »

Any suggestions for slings? My son has been wearing Josling slings but they wear out rather quickly and the velcro doesnt hold well. I wonder if a shoulder brace of some sort would help. His shoulder bone really pops out. Thanks, Diane

Diane,
Its Courtney again! Does your son NEED to wear a sling or is it a comfort thing? I wore mine for 2 1/2 years and hated every minute of it! I dont wear one anymore and its great!!! Some doctors say you really need to wear it others say its not necessary. So I was just wondering! BTW I Did wear the Joslin slings too when I did wear them.

Slings suck! There are alternatives.
