Karlos, how did you get "external rotation" from your shoulder?

You know that movement that keeps your arm away from your body when you use your bicep? My PT has told me that they will probably have to move my lat aroud for it to work. I was just wondering how you got that movement.

EEEErrrrrrmmmm dont realy know, I know i can do it but cant remember what made it work.
Heres what they did tho, if you show your doc he would know..
DIOGNOSIS left braichial plexus injury, avulsed roots c 5 6 7
4/6/97 Exploration of left bp neurotisation of accessory nerves to suprascapular nerve
2/7/97 Left intercostal nerve transfer 3rd - 7th motor branches to radial nerve,
Sensory branches to median nerve,
Intercostobraichial nerve to median nerve,
Oberlins procedure,motor branches ulner nerve neurotized to nerve to bicepts brachii,
Hows them tendons working, you should be extending ok by now

Yea my extension is working well. The index and middle finger go up better than the rest though. Still, I can't complain because my PT says it's one of the best Tendon Transfer jobs he has seen.
