Does anyone know of any surgeons with success fixing this injury?

Oh boy, have you come to the right place! Where do you live? What happened & how long ago? There is a great webpage w/medical resources thru this site:
http://ubpn.org/medicalresources/
...but I'd be remiss if I didn't also recommend "our" first choice of the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota (yes, I know it's freezing up there but it's still worth the trip!) Mayo isn't yet on the ubpn resources page so I didn't want to leave them out as you begin your research. Their three primary doctors have different and relevant backgrounds (ortho, neurosurgery, hand specialist) & work together as a team which gives them an array of options not always available elsewhere.
Here's their webpage:
http://www.mayoclinic.org/brachialplexus-rst/
And ask away - any question you have, somebody on here can respond.
