At this point, I've mailed out all my copies of John's surgery at Mayo. There would be delay in my getting more copies from the original, and I'm hoping one of you no longer needs it.

Frequent poster Courtney is interested in seeing it asap as she prepares to meet with Dr. Nath to discuss the possibility of a gracilis transfer. Her meeting is next week - so - help!
