HI EVERYONE !!! I've found a great heating pad by THERMALON for the shoulder and neck area. I found it at a Walgreen's Drugstore -- Catalog #24325 Neck Wrap --- this is one you microwave and I often just lay it across my shoulder while I read, watch tv, and even take it to bed. - Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: C-5 and C-6. Unable to supinate. Contracture elbow. Wrist bone underdeveloped.
Can raise forearm to mouth level. shoulder is limited in movement. Unable to put arm behind back. Secondary- early arthritis, carpal tunnel, pronator syndrome,scoliosis - Location: Ohio

I just got a car with heated seats!!!! What a help for the arthritis in the spine!!!!!!! I love it. when the back is warm, ther arms are warmer and they don't seem to ache as much. Pat
