Is there a definitive test that can prove that my tricep is working?

My doc said after my last operation that my tricep was still alive, and that perhaps it will work in the future. Since then I noticed that whenever I tried to extend my wrist my tricep and latissimus muscle would bulge up. The other day I tried using my triceps in a way that supports my arm, so that extent of gravity is weakened. I was able to get my arm to move down.

I'm 100% sure that it was only my tricep though.

I have always had an EMG to see whats owring and what is not. It really is a funny thing with this BPI! I will think I have a new muscle working but it really is just an old muscle performing a new task! haha Best of luck! Check it ou!
