I just checked the mailing list and you are there with a NJ address. I know that many people have not gotten there copies yet, my own copy just arrived yesterday. When we use our non profit mailing, it sometimes leads to delays. It is still a first class mailing but it is a bulk mailing and those get delayed by post offices.

- Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: 10 year old Jessica born on 9/6/03 with a LOBPI.
Mostly recovered, no surgery, still has remaining functional deficits

It's here! It's really here! I'm so glad it arrived. Great article by Dr. Kozin on Botox. I had my husband read it and he said it cleared up some misconceptions he had about how it worked. Wonderful!
