Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: I am ROBPI, global injury, Horner's Syndrome. No surgery but PT started at 2 weeks old under the direction of New York Hospital. I wore a brace 24/7 for the first 11 months of my life. I've never let my injury be used as an excuse not to do something. I've approach all things, in life, as a challenge. I approach anything new wondering if I can do it. I tried so many things I might never have tried, if I were not obpi. Being OBPI has made me strong, creative, more determined and persistent. I believe that being obpi has given me a very strong sense of humor and compassion for others.

Sema,

I'm not limiting by state, the number of ambassadors we utilize, rather I'm taking everyone who would like to get involved. There is, Strength in numbers.

I look forward to receiving your e-mail.

Thanks,

JAF

Update:

Just a quick update folks. I am in the process of finalizing the letters & E-mails, after which I will finish the follow-up phone talking points.

I have had a longer delay due to a move we are making from our current home in Florida. We will be moving to a better home in Palm Coast, Florida. Inevitably, this has resulted in a slowdown of some of my other endeavors. I am still resolved to get this effort off the ground by August 1st, so my plan is still on schedule.

Anyway, we could still use more volunteers, so keep the word going out!!

Thanks to all that have volunteered so far!!

Sincerely,

John Anthony Ferrado
