Has went through serial casting with fair results. Her arm is about a hand shorter then the other. She has limited hand function. (able to grasp) Arm stays pronated. Unable to get to neutral. Now dealing with sternoclavicular subluxation. All that being said....She is very functional. She is a very determined, strong, tenacious young woman. Now 15. She plays the trumpet, french horn, drums, guitar, and now learning piano. Has always played on a softball, and basketball team. Until recently, for fear of further injury due to the sternoclavicular subluxation. (separation of colarbone from sternum) Not sure if all this is spelled right.

Dear B.V.

It is great to have you on board, as we could certainly use your experience and expertise in reaching and getting responses from elected officials. Please e-mail me your personal contact information including phone, address and e-mail.

Nancy,

If you could please send your contact info to me at:

crow63@yahoo.com

I am creating the ambassador spreadsheet and I don't have your contact info (address, phone, etc.)

The effort is picking up some good steam. Updates to come soon.

Barbara,

Yes Ma'am, I did. You are good to go. I am soon to release an update on the effort, as I have had a very good response over direct e-mail.

Again, I cannot thank you enough for your participation. We are going to make a substantial change together, and I think we'll see real results in less than one year.

Update to come soon...

Thanks,
JAF

Hello all:

A Quick update:

Total of 22 State Ambassadors, 15 States so far.

I plan to devote some serious time this weekend to writing the letters/e-mails. Once I come up with a cohesive and comprehensive topical strategy, then the letters will commence, and we're off to the races.

Not only has the response been solid, but we've managed to stoke the fires of some of you who've been quite successful in getting some type of political contact, and this bodes well for this team effort.

Per some suggestions and successes, we will also be contacting Governors of States as well as the other elected officials.

For now, I would suggest that everyone visit the following sites:

http://www.senate.gov
http://www.house.gov

You can find your particular elected official in each of these sites, simply by:

A) Choosing your state for senate.gov
B) Inputting your Zip+4 for house.gov

This will reveal your particular elected official, complete with contact information.

While I am developing the written communications, please feel free to browse these two sites for a plethora of information. I will also be passing out an excel spreadsheet with ALL elected official names, for your reference. I will also be going through, state by state, and identifying the contact information for each state's Governors. Many of you may already have that. IF you do, please let me know.

Anyway, watch for developments to come.

Godspeed to all,

John Anthony Ferrado
