Ok, I have this twitching of the fingers in my erbs side for years . It comes and goes and cramping to. I guess we all can say its part of our injury and no one hopefully do not have them all the time. More offten than not it comes after grasping something. I wondered to about things I forget in my erbs hand but as you get older our brain forgets ware things are to? So to end Our limiations may very but its better to focus on what we can do to overcome our limitaions than the limiation them selfs.

Just the other day, I was driving myself CRAZY trying to find my phone before I left for the day. I finally decided just to leave, and realized my phone was in my BPI hand the whole time. I'm talking about 5 minutes here!

Ok this is getting very interesting. I really wonder I was born with erbs, so thinking or mind connect is limited to my other arm for sure, so I think and responed one handed. I wonder if thinking one handed is something others have when they get erbs latter in life from a injury? You have heard about ghost arm when there was a missing arm. If you do have alot of twiching or cramping try suezzing a small ball, this may help with that.

I think twitching and spasms are caused by excess muscle tension, so I really don't think that adding more tension by squeezing a ball would be helpful at all for that particular problem. I've had a twitching thumb on my BPI hand in the past, and it went away as I learned to not carry so much excess tension in my daily life.

Cdmurfee is right about the muscle tension. When writing here I can only say what work for me. I dont say what works base on what I think its from my life experance. What I say may or may not help you. It help me squzzing a ball because for me it was steaching out like a charie horse in my erbs hand. crapping and twitcing would stop. Its also true over time I gain a firmer grasp over time to hold onto a semi streeing wheel for years and BAD cramping more often. Like I told you guys, I put my erbs arm and hand threw extreames. I am learning from all of you to about things with erbs.
