I agree with you Bridget. I am planning on attending and one of my main reasons is to hear/question the speaker of the book "Different just like me". As a mom of an older child with a fairly mild (but still present) injury I'm really not interested in much info about surgical options but more ways to help Lauren deal with the differences she has been given. I struggle to find info regarding bpi kids and helping them accept themselves and grow up with strong self-esteem. Jess
