Scott,
Don't know about use but I believe pain is taken into consideration. Especially when it is debilitating.

I could not take a days pay for an honest days work.(is that correct?)

Are you actually able to work 8hrs a day?
What are your abilities? Like can you use both hands but not one arm? or something like that.

I know I am confused because some folks have some of this and none of that etc.

I can hang things off my arm when I wear my sling...
I can move my lower arm some. Up and down, in and out.
But does me no good for I cannot use my hand. At all.

Please keep us(me) posted?

get a better lawyer i just got approved for disability and it is my fault that i am in this situation. keep at it get a good lawyer and it will go through. do alot of reasearch on here and send your lawyer everything you can find that says your done for.
