Wow! Thanks for all the information! I knew that supination and external rotation were usually slow in coming, but because the EMG stayed the same, they figure she has plateaued. She actually has made some improvement with supination, her hand always faced away but now she can hold a neutral position. Although it is hard to tell if she uses her wrist or her forearm. The reason I am so frustrated is they originally said it would help and then they took it back.
