Re: kinesio tape

We have had irritation problems as well and actually arent using it because of that. We have tried two different types of tapes as well as milk of magnesia underneath and it still irritates her. We used baby oil to remove the one type and something called DeSolvIt, an organic product, to remove the more adhesive tape. The baby oil doesnt irritate the skin but IMO, the DeSolvIt did and it STINKS. You can put the baby oil on before a bath or whatnot and let it soak in for quite a few minutes. It should peel right off after that. Definitely remove the skin from the tape rather than the tape from skin. Lift the edge of the tape and then gently pull the skin away from the adhesive rather than our typical BandAid method where we lift the edge and rip it off our skin.

I hope you find something that works. DD's skin is so sensitive and Im dissapointed we cant use the taping any longer as we were having GREAT results.
