I modified mine with a five dollar suicide knob for the steering wheel. Turning out of the garage and getting straight on the driveway or backing out of a parking space is a breeze now. Before I could hardly do that.
You can get one at almost any parts store (Checker-O'Rielly, etc.) and it definately takes a two handed person to install. I put mine about 5 degrees off center at the top towards my good arm and that works for me.
