I wished I had been on the site earlier so as to give you this information. You are in Va. Beach (I am in NC), there is a doctor that works for Wake Forest University Baptist Hospital that they have attempted to get in the team at the Mayo Clinic that is excellent surgeon. His name is Dr. Jon Li. I have been to the Mayo Clinic and also Wake Forest University. The team at the Mayo is excellent. Dr. Skinner is the real deal, he himself recommended I stay in Dr. Li's care. I quite possibly will go back to the Mayo for a certain tendon transfer. I recommend you get on the phone and schedule with Dr. Li ASAP (especially if the wait for the Mayo would put you in danger of the 6 month time frame since your injury).

Hi i had a BPI too, mines is complete. In USA i recommend Dr Justin Brown at the CENTER OF NERVE INUJRY AND PARALYSIS in St.Louis, Misouri. they are well qualified doctors that has treatments of the braquial plexus.

the best doctors in the world are in Barcelona, Spain. Is more cheaper to travel to Spain, USA has good things, but in BPI Spain is the top there are the First! Dr. Allan BElzberg at johns hopkins, Dr Rahul Kumar Nath at institue of nerve, Dr Sussan Mckinnon at Center of nerve injury and paralysis, doctors of mayoclinic, i talked with them, and they said that the best doctors in the world that makes braquial plexus surgeries are in Spain, because they were the first in practice this techniques, they resarch a lot, they are specially only in this area: BRAQUIAL PLEXUS, PERIFERIC NERVE AND HAND SURGERY
