All true. I am 22 years with a TBPI. Been through it all.
The reason for nothing on the arm or injected into it, bottom line, no one knows how the arm will react. When you go into the hospital. I always have my arm with tape for sensitive skin with a black marker saying no needles, fused, 30degrees range of motion, keep near body when asleep. My arm can handle a cuff during surgery though. Sun Burning is there so 30 SPF or higher always.
