Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: LOBPI, had surgery when I was 9- they moved muscles and tendons from one side of my arm to the other side. I can lift my arm to about my eye level, can't straigten it all the way and can't completely supinate my wrist.

I decided a while back that i wanted to try bench pressing... i benched the bar... two times. lol. doesnt seem like much but it felt good!

I think all things are very inportant here, there is nothing small about it. Because you will find joy in anything you try to overcome and we hear understand what it Took to try.

Hey Thats awesome that you could even do the bar! my shoulder doesnt turn the right way to bench and even if it did I dont think I could so you should be proud!

Im thinkin about getting some shoulder work done though so maybe after that ill reconsider the bench.
