ALARSA I know you are concerned about the $ amont that your attorny wants to settle for cause you have posted in several different areas about the same thing. I will just say that some cases that are not settled out of court are lost in court.. You have to take all this in consideration.. Would 100,000 be enough for my daughter if she was like your child no way no how no $ amount will ever fix my daughters arm or her future or take away all those nights that Ive cried, my marriage problems, the pain that Justice will have for the rest of her life. No $ amount will ever heal what has happened. All of us are going through some terrible times through ROMs physical therspist, specialist, looks from others, and surgerys. This takes alot of time and alot of money and I dont understand why any one of our cases can be lost. At least the DOC should have to pay for medical bills and the surgerys that our childs have to go through. I hope everything goes okay for your case and you keep us posted about what happens.
