Here lately that is the way I have been feeling, that no one feels that her case is profitable, but yet it was the Dr. fault that she ended up with BPI/Erb's Palsy. I am sorry to hear that your situation ended up the way that it did and I am also glad that we give you hope. We too do not know how much she will recover, the fact remains these Dr. should have to pay for what they have done not for the money, but it is the only right thing they could do beings it is their fault, in most cases. Could you please tell me what the statued of limitations is? Thank You Again for all your insight. Lesley Jane' Mom(Danielle)

Danielle - statute of limitations is different in each state. I don't have the list but an attorney will.

To Shendra,
Make very sure you understood what you were told about your daughter being able to file when she is 18. Often the child has to file BEFORE age 18. So many different laws in different states...

Francine, I am having a difficult time w/ getting an attorney to call me at all, at first when I found out exactly what she had, I contacted Levine and Partners, I filled out a questionaire they sent me, I have since sent it back, they have contacted us and told us that this one attorney was going to contact us, then they told us that Lon Walters wanted our case, well that was a week and a half ago and still have not heard anything, of course I am not sure how long it takes for everything to fall into place, could you please explain to me how long it takes? That is why I asked if anyone had used Lon before.

Danielle, I know when my husband and I contacted Sam Cullen we first spoke to his assistant because he was out of the office but by that next day they had called us back and had made an apt for us to come in and meet with him. If you want his number please let me know.

Well, I was told one year. At that time, I was in the state of OK. However, I presently live in GA, According to Danielle, the SOL varies from state to state. What I would like to know now is since I'm currently living in GA and the injury occurred in OK, which law now applies? Anyway, I wish you and your family the best. I strongly suggest you find out what the SOL is in your state. Don't give up. Thanks for responding and please keep us posted.
