I could sleep 10 hours a night if I didn't watch that. I've never really had trouble sleeping, but often, my affected shoulder feels sore in the morning from sleeping on it. I'll sleep on either side depending on how comfortable I feel, but I usually favor sleeping on the left(affected) side. I started using multiple pillows and that has seemed to help a lot with the soreness.

when i was in my 20's i could get by with a few hours a night sometimes.....I'm my 30's now i find that i need at least 6 hrs...lol. I am a stomach sleeper my LOBPI injury keeps me
from sleeping "flat" so it's hard to get to sleep right away these days unless i'm really tired....I work in manufacturing, early riser-5am everyday....
