Also in addition to homeopathics for treatment, staying away from dairy will also reduce/eliminate flair ups.
Also, in my opinion in regards to sunscreen - be careful which one you choose. The skin absorbs all the chemicals into the body which isn't good. Stick to an all natural product if you can.

My son is 5 months and he is still nursing. Do you think my dairy intake would affect his eczema too? I love dairy, especially ice cream!

Yes, what you eat is passed through to your son. I would use rice/almond/hemp seed milk instead.

Maia is now sticking to SPF shirts and pure zinc/titanium. She does not need sunscreen where the SPF shirt is - so we only zinc up her face now.
I LOVE the spf shirts... they are great!
