Quick Question about IEPs

As someone who works on the inside (haha) please remember that not all school districts are trying to keep kids from getting what they need. It does at times come from a lack of resources, education and means. Please educate them. Our children deserve the best and they can't get it without the schools knowing what they need. Most just don't know. I've been working as an OT in the school systems for almost 10 yrs and I have yet to see a student with BPI - not one! I truly do not know why, when it is as common as they say. And also be careful too. There are some districts out there that do seem to only care about the dollar!
