i guess its been a struggle for everyone. Throughout my years, ive found out that if i stand for too long- the shoulderblade of my affected arm starts to hurt, and it doesnt go away. i get frustrated alot because of all the things that just seem like they were put there to piss me off. i understand your concern with your daughter, and helping people to understand is a good thing... my parents always told mostly my gym teachers, but i always simply gave up on things that i couldnt do. im still ashamed that i cant to a push up correctly, i cant do the monkey bars... and so on and so fourth, but i can be strong, and with all the obstacles, you and your daughter will grow together, and she will be very strong when she gets older... stronger than most women without this disability...
