Thanks so much for the info. At least a month out of school, huh? I teach 2nd grade ELL (English Language Learners)and for most of my students, school is their only structure and security. I hate taking a day off, never mind a month...ugh. I'd like to wait until the summer, as I'm off then, but I've heard that the sooner the better for nerve transplant surgery, as far as the success rate.

I guess I'll know by the end of this month exactly what my doctors are going to want to do.
